We are looking for our client, an international school of 3D animation cinema and video games, for a Game Art Pedagogical Supervisor ( M/F). The structure is very close to the industry, as the entire teaching team comes from production. With an international reputation, the school has won numerous awards and offers a very stimulating work environment.


Within the teaching team, you will accompany students of various levels throughout their course by defining, organizing, and implementing learning and project monitoring with a view to their certification and professional integration in the field.

With a real hands-on approach, you will define the educational objectives, teaching methods, and curriculum evaluations. You will deliver lectures to 8 classes, and supervise and monitor students in the realization of their various projects and achievements by sharing your expertise and experience in various application domains. You will coordinate and implement common production pipelines with other training programs and in collaboration with other pedagogical managers.

In line with the school's goal of remaining very active in the innovation scene and enabling its teams to combine knowledge sharing and technical projects, you will be involved in scientific and technical monitoring (virtual reality, augmented reality, motion capture, etc.).

This position is to be filled in Paris as soon as possible (permanent contract). 


After an academic career that has allowed you to develop good knowledge of the fundamentals of graphic design applied to video games, you have experience as an artistic director or have supervised various projects in production studios, involving all trades. Having a good knowledge of the pipeline and production constraints of a video game, you have good technical skills in terms of game engines.

You have real leadership, communication, and pedagogical skills. You know how to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders and have a leadership position in innovation and finding solutions to problems encountered.
