Sucker Punch Productions is looking for focused, collaborative, professional engineers to work on our new project. We're looking for bright, energetic, and talented individuals who share our love of video games and our passion for creating innovative and fun experiences.
Work for this position will be done primarily in C++. Experience designing and working with complex, large-scale software projects is a plus, as is experience optimizing large code bases. We're open to candidates who've specialized in a variety of areas on other teams. Generally, our engineers contribute in multiple areas of the project, so if you've done good work elsewhere, that experience is likely to be useful at Sucker Punch.

Job requirements:
- 3+ years commercial programming experience is a plus. Game industry experience is not strictly required, but is strongly preferred.
- Must be fluent in C++.
- BS or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Must be legally able to work in the United States.
This position is currently open to those eligible to work in the States or Canada.
This position is open for on-site, hybrid or remote work depending on candidate qualifications.

As this is a flexible role that can be performed remotely, this means that the salary range will vary based on geographic location. Please note that individual pay will be set within this salary range based on location as well as skills and experience related to the job. Additionally, the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying salary ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is: $123,000 - 184,600.
