WIN Reality is looking for a Product Design Lead to join our team.

WIN Reality was founded with a simple goal in mind: to give baseball and softball players the tools to succeed as hitters, providing opportunity and confidence in a game where even the greats fail frequently. WIN Reality is changing how baseball and softball players across the world train to get better. Our team is full of world class developers changing the VR landscape, former professional ballplayers dedicated to improving the way the game is played, and people passionate about creating a one of a kind omnichannel experience. 

In this role you create the user experiences that competitive athletes from MLB to the youth level use to develop their hitting skills. You will deliver new and exciting visual designs across VR and mobile. You will be responsible for partnering with the product and engineering teams to execute a roadmap that aligns with the company vision, goals and targets.

You will:

• Define an inspirational vision for the user experience and visual design of our product over the next 3-5 years.

• Understand the needs of our baseball and softball player customers in depth.

• Craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.

• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.

• Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements

• Help create a fun, engaging and stimulating work environment.

You Have:

• 3+ years of product design experience, consumer products preferred

• Proven track record of helping teams build products that delight customers

• Interaction design experience, including defining how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs

• Visual design experience, including typography, desktop or mobile user interface, color, layout, and iconography

• Extraordinary team skills with a collaborative work style

• Demonstrated ability to help multi-functional teams efficiently deliver high-quality features and experiences on time and on budget

• An interest in baseball and/or softball, with a knowledge of the competitive youth level a significant plus
